All orders sent via First Class mail to keep shipping costs reasonable for you, or Priority where required by weight or size (e.g. posters, railroad spikes).

If you are unhappy with your product, we will feel really bad and figure out how to make you happy. Which will probably be with a refund, but we're open to other suggestions.
